Sea Scallops with Coffee Oil A recipe by Olivier Berté using the oils of Soluna café, for 4 people
Ingredients : •12 high-quality Sea Scallops • 12 thin slices of proscuitto or bacon • 200g fresh spinach • 1 yellow pepper • 1 red pepper • 1 ripe mango • 2 mini zucchinis • 1 branch of thyme • 1 tablespoon of leek fronds • 15g butter • toothpicks • 3 tablespoons of coffee oil • juniper berry branches. Preparation : - Preheat the oven to 350 F, or 180 C. Astuce :You can also prepare this recipe with Cafolive. |
